From the planning phase to the final farewell, an experienced coordinator will guide you, ensuring every aspect of your function is flawless. On the day, our coordinator will oversee the seamless execution of your plans while our esteemed chefs craft top-rated entrees to delight every palate.


Our staff, including neatly attired servers and professional bartenders, are trained to be attentive and responsive, guaranteeing a memorable experience for you and your guests.

    Our standard room setup is designed to embody elegance and functionality, featuring:


    • Tailored table and chair arrangements to complement your event's scale and style
    • Crisp white linen tablecloths and a selection of colored linen napkins to match your theme
    • Complete tableware settings for a seamless dining experience
    • Daytime functions are brightened with fresh flower vases, while evening events are illuminated by hurricane globes with candles
    • Skirting for key tables, such as the head table and buffet, enhancing the room's sophistication
    • Comprehensive bar service to keep the spirits high and the conversation flowing

    Century House is the perfect venue for a wide array of events, including weddings, anniversaries, showers, retirement and holiday parties, bereavement gatherings, birthday celebrations, reunions, sports banquets, fundraisers, corporate meetings, and much more.   • Office Hours and Venue Tours

    Office hours are Tuesday - Saturday 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM. We are available to show you the facility, check availability, review menu options and room setup, and discuss function details at scheduled appointments during office hours.


    Please be advised that weddings must schedule their final appointment in advance and meet with one of our wedding coordinators at least three weeks prior to their event. Wedding appointment times are Tuesday - Friday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. 

  • Event Times

    Day Receptions: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    Evening Gatherings: 6:30 PM - Midnight

  • Guest Count (Min/Max)

    Ballroom - 150-500 Guests

    Terrace Room - 35-150 Guests

    Crystal Room - 35-100 Guests


    *It is your responsibility to meet the minimum number of guests required for the contracted function room. Room minimums are based on the adult count. If the minimum is not met there will be an assessed per-person food and beverage fee for the count deficit.

  • Deposits

    Deposits are required for all function rooms and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. There is no charge for the rental of the room, the deposit is deducted from the final bill.


    • Ballroom - $1000 | Saturday Evening $1500
    • Terrace Room - $500 | Saturday Evening $750 
    • Crystal Room - $500 | Staurday Evening $750

    *Weddings are required to provide an additional deposit equal in amount to the original deposit nine months before the reception date. The client is responsible for placing this second deposit within the requested time frame.

  • Payment

    Final payment must be made in the form of cash, bank check, or credit card. Payment of the remaining balance is due on the day of the function. Final payments made by personal check must be made two weeks before your function. All functions are responsible for payment of the guaranteed number of guests and any extra guests in attendance. Century House is NOT responsible for guests not in attendance or guests that arrive after the scheduled serving time.


    ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO 20% ADMINISTRATION FEE and 7% MASSACHUSETTS & LOCAL SALES TAX. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 


    The signed contract does not guarantee pricing for your event.

  • Food & Liquor

    Century House will provide and serve all food and alcohol. No outside food/beverages (except cake/cupcakes) are allowed to be brought on the premises.

  • Additional Services

    *White Sparkling Chair Covers - $3 per chair

    *White Spandex Madrid Chair Cover - $3.50 per chair

    *White Spandex Madrid Chair Cover with a rhinestone accent - $4 per chair.

    *Chivari Chair - $7 per chair

    *On-Premise Wedding Ceremony $750

    (The fee is for additional services provided for your ceremony)


    * Removal and Storage Fee of our Chairs When Renting from an Outside Vendor.

    • Ballroom - $500
    • Terrace Room - $200
    • Crystal Room - $200
